1:1 10-Week Nutrition Intensive

Just like you wouldn’t expect to have all the answers to your unresolved trauma within one therapy session, tackling your digestive symptoms, energy imbalances, skin issues, etc., within one or two nutritional therapy sessions is fruitless. Nutritional Therapy is in fact therapy and needs to be implemented throughout the course of a minimum of 8-10 weeks to see the best results.

This 10-week intensive contains

  • (2) 5-day food journal evaluation

  • Deep dive into your medical and personal history

  • In-depth symptom evaluation 

  • (2) Specific diet recommendations and support (food-as-medicine approach)

We will focus on one set of recommendations for 5 weeks and a following set for the remainder of the time. This intensive is designed to set you up for success in whatever area you will be working on: chronic illness management, PCOS, bloating, weight loss, etc. All of it while learning nutrition and lifestyle habits that you will sustain for a lifetime.

Results you can expect:

  • Reduction in symptoms: bloating, food sensitivities, fatigue, discomfort, acid reflux, constipation, etc. Possible clinical remission for chronic illness (often requires more time working together, around 4-6 months.).

  • Possible recovery of your monthly period (cycle regulation) for those with amenorrhea due to weight loss or PCOS.
